HONORING MOON ENERGY. Join us to celebrate the magnificence of the Full PINK Moon.

This class is framed around the Full Moon Salutation and a Mudra Meditation for this lunation. Additional practices are interwoven to harmonize our energies with the energies of the current season. For all levels of experience.

Attend live online via Zoom or by recording. Recordings are available for continued practice for 2 weeks following the live event. With Cathy – Drop-in $27.
