Chinese New Year Yoga & NM Solar Eclipse Yoga

HONORING MOON ENERGY. Join us to welcome a new lunar month and the powerful energies of the Solar Eclipse. It’s also Chinese New Year! We’ve shed the past during the Year of the Snake and now we are entering the Year of the Fire Horse, a new 9-year cycle with endless possibilities.

This class is framed around the New Moon Salutation and a Mudra Meditation for this lunation. Additional practices are interwoven to harmonize our energies with the energies of the eclipse and current season. For all levels of experience.
